Personalized items are not return or refundable. Items that are not personalized may be returned within 7 days for refund consideration.
Cancellations are excepted within 2 hours of ordering. Returns are excepted (provided item is not personalized) within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are excepted on non personalized items.
